How Pakistan Property Recovery came to be
From Victims of the Qabza Mafias’ to helping you recover your occupied property or land in Pakistan
Our Story – From Victims to Advocates
Founded by a small family of overseas Pakistanis who endured a gruelling 10-year battle against illegal land dispossession.
Pakistan Property Recovery exists to protect those who cannot protect themselves from the comfort of their own country.
We intimately understand the “catch-22” of the Pakistani legal system: reclaim your property, only to face endless appeals and costly hearings designed to cause unbearable stress , inconvenience and a total drain on your resources. The Land Maffia knew exactly how to exploit this, confident that we would eventually run out of resources to fight.
As overseas Pakistanis, we felt the unique agony of being miles away while our properties were occupied, illegally sold off, or deliberately derelicted. We attended court hearings, reclaimed some property, only to be dragged back into endless litigation—costing us crippling amounts of time and money.
Over years of grueling legal battles, we realised that the system does not work for the absent owner.
Today, we operate with a robust network of seasoned UK-based advisors and local Pakistani lawyers, land record experts, land revenue experts and retired judicial officers.
Unlike absentee law firms, we regularly travel between both countries. We regularly visit Pakistan to manage cases in person, ensure documents are verified on the ground, and maintain pressure on local authorities and other parties involved.
Our staff based in Pakistan ensuring that our clients have eyes and ears on the ground.
Today, We are not just consultants. We are fellow fighters, fighting against illegal disposession. We understand the devastation, the frustration, the financial strain and lack of hope and assistance.
Our Advice to Every Victim of Illegal Dispossession:
1. Be hopeful – Justice may be delayed, but it is not denied in Pakistan.
2. Collect everything – Gather all documents (Fard, Registry, Mutation) and witness evidence proving your ownership. Also details of the party (ies) occupying your property
3. Keep a diary – Note down key dates, court hearings, and the names of every person involved.
4. Contact us – Reach out to our team at Pakistan Property Recovery for a confidential assessment.
5. Be patient and persevere – This is a marathon, not a sprint. We will assist you, Insha’Allah.
